The ROCK Adventure
Centre invites you to experience indoor rock climbing in our
state-of-the-art facility and let our trained and experienced staff
guide your team to new heights!
 Rock
climbing is a fantastic team building activity. It is not only
great fun, it is
also a great way to develop trust, communication,
cooperation, goal setting and problem solving.
Team building sessions at The ROCK feature cooperative team
activities and initiatives using our indoor rock climbing walls, bouldering
areas and abseil towers. Alternatively, you
may prefer to experience rock climbing and abseiling outdoors
on
natural rock faces at nearby You Yangs, Staughton Vale or Werribee
Gorge state parks.
As
our instructors teach team members to hold each other’s safety ropes
while
climbing, participants will learn to rely on each other and
understand the importance of communication, co-operation and trust.
This exciting shared experience provides a unique opportunity for
team members to interact on a new level outside their normal work
environment and is a great way
of breaking down barriers, building team unity and providing a
springboard for greater team performance.
At The Rock Adventure Centre we

customise a program to meet your group’s individual needs by
incorporating traditional team-building principles and initiatives
with the dynamic and challenging element of rock climbing.
